[Libre-soc-dev] removed all gitolite3 write access to wiki git repo

jacob i have had to remove everyone's write access to the wiki
git repository again after being forced into a position of doing
a master branch forced-update.

please *DO NOT* add auto-generated output to repositories.

this has been a rule on HDL_workflow right from the very start.

i leave it with you to coordinate contacting the following team
members to ensure that they have the correct git revision such
that further damage to the wiki git repository does not occur:
