ah. no.  i just realised why the answer has to be no.
100% of these pages contain sections, "if SVP64 vectorised"
in some cases the context is extensive.

pages that cannot in any way relate to SVP64 or SV, yes,
not a problem at all.  the transcendentals is a good example
and is already at the Power ISA level.
