Another note: omitting % is also permitted. So, for vector, that'd imply
supporting also another notation like *r117, not only *%r117. Objections?

P.S. For now we're talking about assembly; disassembly would need more
work. These works are blocked anyway unless we drop magic insn and replace
it with prefix, though.
