yes, it's just added together.

one issue is, there is no function "block size" defined in the pseudocode
we can't yet actually test directly against a dcbz instruction... because...
the size of the cache block is decided arbitrarily by the implementor.
sigh.

compatiiblity with microwatt would be a good idea.  the size has to be
hardcoded into the linux kernel source code.
