I think I'm done playing with the Pipeline API for now. Can return to it later, if I need to test some ideas. Planning how to proceed writing the Pipeline, starting from Fetch. Probably will start by reusing some of the __init()__ code from TestIssuer. Also need to create an unit test, to see the instructions being fetched. Cesar
