[Libre-soc-dev] microwatt glibc6 patches to begin remove VSX dependence

Tulio Magno Quites Machado Filho is very kindly working on a glibc6 patch
to remove hardcoded dependence on VSX.

I've just pushed the patches to:

Notice that:
1. I haven't tested that on microwatt yet.
2. I don't like the first patch dealing with different cache line sizes on
   memset/bzero.  I'd like to rewrite that, but it should be safe for usage
now.
