It says the conference is from 09:30-18:00 UTC+1 (CET) which is
00:30-09:00 UTC-8 (PST), so I don't know how much I will be able to be
there. Will there be people in the chatroom after the end of 18:00
UTC+1 (CET) (the end of FOSDEM) which is daytime in North America?
