Hello,

With FOSDEM around the corner, a few things to come prepared.

Please visit stands.fosdem.org and fosdem.org/2021/schedule to make sure
the contents of your stand are correct and that the link to your stand and
the link to your chatroom are functional. If there are any issues, contact
stands at fosdem.org describing your issue (please mention the name of your
stand). The changes that have been merged in the Github repositories and
the submodules are updated every hour. Pull requests are merged during the
day as soon as we see them (but it can take a while).

All of you who were listed as contact in the original submission should
have been invited to a Matrix chatroom as moderator. This room is your way
to interact with your visitors, so make sure that someone is present during
the conference hours (9:30 - 18:00 CET). The link to each chatroom is on
the web page of your stand on stands.fosdem.org and on the schedule page on
fosdem.org/2021/schedule. You're responsible for moderating the talks in
the chat; if there are problems you cannot resolve, inform one of the
FOSDEM team in #stands:fosdem.org (recognisable by the FOSDEM logo next to
their name) who will deal with it.

Any video's you upload will arrive at video.fosdem.org/2021/stands/<chatroom
variable>. You can embed them using standard HTML tags on stands.fosdem.org.
We're currently working on adding more upload links if you require more
than 4, but that might take some time.

If you have further questions, don't hesitate to contact us at
stands at fosdem.org or in the Matrix chat in #stands:fosdem.org.
