*meeting yesterday, konstantinous joined (welcome!).
*closed bugreport for updating PortInterface API to take MSR not just msr.pr.
* hacked together putting instructions into wb_get
   memory-dictionary so that virtual memory should run

today:

* created TestIssuerBase class
* created TestIssuerInOrder class with SVP64 removed
  (is actually a FSM)
* updated TestIssuerBase to read MSR in a consistent
   fashion, same as PC and SVSTATE
* fixed I-Cache Issue phase to use MSR.PR and MSR.DR

instructions are now confirmed loading in priv mode
(virt mode not tested), but if anything goes wrong the TestRunner cannot cope.  needs investigating.
