* tobias and i converted LDST PortInterface to take more MSR bits (PR, DR, SF). broke a lot of stuff then fixed it again

* andrey and others helped markus on irc to get dev-env setup, markus is looking to help with video

* call with FundingBox to sort ID so that the NGI POINTER grant can get started (finally)

* got OP_FETCH_FAILED to properly fail and cause the right kind of exception (0x400), by raising a flag in icache.py (flush_in) which stops it yammering about the failed fetch.  ironically at 0x400 it read 0x00000000 which ha ha caused yet another MMU_LOOKUP followed by yet another exception.

at this rate i should have virtual memory running in about maybe 1-2 weeks.
