[Libre-soc-dev] General Introduction

Hello Everyone!

I am Gautham, from Kerala, India. I am a pre-final year student at the
Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology
Madras. I have some exprerience with Gate Level Design and Verilog. I am
also familiar with C, C++ and Python. I also fool around with popular
Machine Learning algorithms and packages.

I also went through the charter and found it very interesting! Of course,
I agree to abide by it. Very happy to be part of  the libre-soc community!
