basically, jacob, sorry to have to point this out (if you look at the commit
logs it's easy to see, so it's not like it's unknown): you've not been helping
out with the codebase for something like 12-13 months, leaving me as the
sole full-time person on the project.  everyone else is part-time.

you helped with the design of SV and SVP64 which is fantastic, and with
advocating SV on other forums which is also extremely important and
appreciated.  however now we need to implement it, and there is Kazan as
well, and you've not been helping out with the codebase for over a year,
despite us having grant money to do so.

without regular full-time help from you i've had to take short-cuts.

i can't _tell_ you what to do (i certainly can't "order" you what to do, because
we're not employees) we're volunteers (who happen to receive money from NLnet),
so about the only thing left - the only option i have - is to wait for
opportunities like this, to point out the consequences.
