[Libre-soc-dev] litex upstreaming for Libre-BMC

we've been asked to "upstream" Libre-SOC before it can be included in Libre-BMC

the request was made to issue a "pull" request, which assumes
violating the GNU Ethical Hosting Criteria.  if they used gitlab, it
would not be a problem.

could someone please temporarily mirror these repositories (perhaps
set up a script to also include branches and tags), so that the
requested "pull" requests can be submitted?
