started the SV LD/ST page by taking the pseudocode originally from the
hwacha spec and updating it

also adding some new twinpred RM types specifically for LDST and beginning
to match them to LDST reg profile types.

one thing to note, jacob: the update ones (including rlwmimi) are
definitely separate regs for src and dest despite them being the same name
(RA).  the EXTRA2/3 *makes* them different.

i am as you probably guessed focussing on this 100% non stop.  it needs to
get done and it holds up the entire project.
