[Libre-soc-dev] Coloquinte legalizer failure

Hi Luke,

I've been trying to run soclayout/experiments9/build_full.sh all day
and keep getting the same error message. I'm wondering if your build
attempts are currently failing with the same error, or a different
one? Either way, that's useful information. I'm sending this here
instead of on the bug report in case this is not the same issue you
are having and I have to figure out what's wrong with my
setup/environment, so as to not bother JP who is actively monitoring
that bug.
