ok so i rewrote the section on product designs, targetted at OEMs, to
reflect this.

end-users specifically excludes OEMs, the sales channel staff, initial
product developers and more.

i had merged that from the 2nd misdion statement, without review/thought.
i git rid of it as its intent is covered differently.
let's keep going on this until everyone's happy and it's clear.
