For now, the import is guarded with try...catch, while my pull request to
nmigen-boards waits to be merged.

I also added support on Jacob's UART demo, but it lives in a branch in
utils.git, and I don't have write permission for it.

Will continue working on the platform definition for nmigen-boards, and
updating the pull request.
