Jacob's UART demo works as well.

I created a pull request against nmigen-boards to merge my work so far.

Luke, please review and merge when convenient.

For the moment it is enough for running the Blinky and UART demos on the Nexys
Video. It should be able to run ls2 as well, I'll try that next.

After that, I'll add the remaining definitions for SDRAM, Ethernet, PMODs, etc.
