Andrey, I've edited the budget again and increased yours and Luke's budget,
picking only 1K here; I'm expecting that bug #981 can cover all the works I
did. I'm thinking about C code generation for bug #981, though, to make it
better candidate for cavatools incorporation. Stay tuned.
