That said, to support Jacob: I agree that generally jumping to function by its
pointer via index is cleaner and more readable. It's just that I can favor this
for now, because in the generated code it really wouldn't help: navigating in
switch or navigating in array for generated code is kinda the same for large
amount of entries.
