Also, I insist we will limit this to Power ISA which we support, and likely
minus SVP64 disassembly. I don't want to copy manually written bits of binutils
code, and would rather generate parts of it (that is, extend fields with
visitors, and the ini-like or similar format). But these deserve standalone
tasks. Any objections?
