I did not miss that, I just haven't updated #1025 since you last reviewed it. I
will be responding to all those comments later when I work on it again. (though
it would have been nice if you pointed all that out before I did a bunch of
work on assigning budgets that now needs to all be redone since you merely want
to *totally redo* the whole task list to be based on pipelines, you did
presumably glance at it before...that's part of why I've been putting it off)
