I certainly remember the list was smaller when we started this task. :-) All
these instructions were missing initially IIRC.

I'm concerned that the list of instructions keeps extending, unlike the budget.
:-) If the budget can be updated or reallocated, that'd be great. I obviously
consider other binutils tasks we have here; I'm looking at 1003 and 1079.
Also, I'd really like to establish the list of instructions for the scope of
_this_ exact task. I'd really like to avoid situation this task is postponed
whenever new instruction is added into the simulator.

Any ideas on how to make it work? Meanwhile I'm checking how to support TODO
list, but even this one is big enough (especially considering that these might
have Rc-Oe-enabled versions and/or custom operands types).
