QEMU currently has no facilities to disable VSX, AltiVec, and other ISA
extensions not available to the sffs ISA 3.0
This task will involve either:

a- Patching qemu-user to support disabling these instructions.
b- Patching qemu-user to support printing error logs when such instructions are
found.

Either (a) or (b) will help us reach the goal of making sure that the software
built by completing task 999 is proper, and to fix whatever oddities we find in
software that does not respect CFLAGs and various build toggles.
