Of course that was my first idea... But, what if you do that,
assuming that your login shell is /bin/bash :

bash> echo $SHELL
/bin/bash
bash> tcsh
tcsh> echo $SHELL
/bin/bash

And this is a real use case. As users usually are under bash,
*but* VLSI CAD tools very much like C-Shell.
