use a #definable char.

we were advised that "?" is available, but it looks.. well.. s***

   sv.addi?vec2?ew=8?sm=r3

vs

   sv.addi/vec2/ew=8/sm=r3

if you use a #defined SVP64SEP it will not hold things up.
