Is src/openpower/decoder/power_svp64.py also OK and not outdated? Seems to be
really closer to what I'd like to have for an input, compared to
sv_analysis.py. As I see src/openpower/decoder/power_decoder.py uses it, e.g.
create_pdecode function.
