There will be more cleanup ahead, stay tuned. The variable initialization in
svp64.py is somewhat inconsistent, I assume the meaning of variables changed
along with the design. :-) The current state is somewhat inconsistent, I'll
choose something between flags and unions and finally unify it soon.
