ok that says, for some reason, that you have an outdated submodule and,
possibly, a 2nd copy of the pinmux in a location that is being imported from
python path where it should not be (i moved the ls180 symlink some weeks ago)

is it the case that coriolis2 is appended to PYTHONPATH or sys.path?

can you please blow away any symlinks to ls180 (in coriolis2) 

absolute last resort re-clone soclayout.
