good idea.

i have cut everything out of ls180.vst except io_in, io_out and one (fake)
connection to a single pin (i2c_scl).

this makes ls180 "make lvx" complete in around 3-4 minutes instead of 90

even though the core size is 16000 x 16000

putting the core back (test_issuer) and the litex peripherals into ls180 will
be the last task.
