* debugged LD/ST for test_core.py and got the unit tests functional
* talked about cache and memory architecture
* talked to Alain about getting apache2 set up on loopback for
bugzilla so we can use the REST API

today:

* started on a brain-dead instruction issuer which will allow us to at
least actually run instructions
