* a bit on TRAP including adding a privilege testing function

today:

* a bit more on OP_TRAP
* augmented LenExpand to be byte-capable (for shift/mask in LD/ST)

rest of today:

* looking to do proper byte shift/mask in L0CacheBuffer.
