Luke, should I amend section 6.6 of the HDL workflow to install
gcc-8-powerpc64-linux-gnu as you said this is what is available in debian/10?
The current instructions say to install gcc-9-powerpc64-linux-gnu but as you
said that's only available in debian/testing. Since you said that there should
be no need for compiling ppc code at this point, is this section meant to be a
part of a different workflow?
