with access to the TALOS II server (which i can give you access to, and you
probably need it) these machines on ebay, unless they are POWER9 compliant,
are a bit of a distraction unfortunately, because they will be POWER8
(v2.07) or older.

the NEC processors from the powerpc-notebook project *might* be POWER9.
